The new reality in a world with Corona has a major impact on the needs of guests in hotels and restaurants. We would like to inform and reassure you that we will do everything to ensure that you have a pleasant and relaxing stay with us at the SONNE. We have done a lot for your well-being and security and we adhere to the HotellerieSuisse security concept.
It is important to us that the extended hygiene measures can be implemented very discreetly.
ENTRANCE & PUBLIC AREAS
The most frequented area in our hotel. Distance markings are attached to the floor. Please help us to keep the 1.5m distance rule. There are several disinfection stations for you at the reception, in the public areas and on all floors. Our reception is equipped with plexiglass walls.
RESTAURANT
In the restaurant we have enough space between the tables to keep the 1.5m distance. The already thorough cleaning plans were expanded with additional disinfection procedures.
HOTEL ROOM
Daily disinfection of the rooms and higher cleaning frequency ensure your safety.
Every room is thoroughly disinfected after each stay, in addition to the usual cleaning. In addition, our employees work with protective masks. The Nespresso machine in the rooms is disinfected every day and disposable cups made from biodegradable materials are used as cups.
YAMA SPA
With the additional measures, our spa offers enough space for up to 25 people. We ask for your help in keeping the distance! The outdoor whirlpool offers space for 6-8 people, but only for the same family. Otherwise, the safety distance of 1.5m applies, which corresponds to about 2 people from the different families per whirlpool. A maximum of 4 people (of the same family) are allowed in the steam room or 1 person per steam room if they don't know each other.
GYM
The gym area is small and nice. We ask for your help in keeping the distance. Disinfectant dispensers have also been installed in order to comply with hygiene regulations here too.
EMPLOYEES
We have also thought of our employees! Employees in the risk group are separated from guest contact and have their own workstation with sufficient distance to work colleagues in the company. Please understand that our employees have the option of wearing a hygiene mask.
