How do you reach Zermatt?
If you arrive by car, please park in Täsch, the village before Zermatt. There you will have two options: either park your car in the public parking situated in the train station that links Zermatt by train within 12 minutes every 20 minutes. Or park in one of the private parkings along the main road. These are proposing private mini bus shuttles to Zermatt. Air travellers will take the train directly from the airport and reach Zermatt in 3½ hours from Zurich-Kloten and in 4 hours from Geneva-Cointrin. Change trains in Visp.
We are happy to pick you up with our hotel vehicle at the train station or cab stand in Zermatt upon request. The cost is CHF 12.00 per room for arrival and departure. (possible from 9:00am to 7:00pm)

Free transfer to the cable cars with direct booking.
All guests who book directly with us receive a free transfer from the hotel to the cable cars in winter (Dec-Apr). In the morning you will find a list at the reception where you can sign in to choose the cable car you want to take. Transfers to Glacier Paradise (Klein Matterhorn) start at 08:30 and end at 10:00 (except Saturday: service not available). Transfers to Gornergratbahn and Sunnegga Bahn start at 08:55 and end at 11:45. For more information please contact the reception.
