"The service at this hotel was fantastic!!! The hotel is in a quieter location in Zermatt and was only a 10 minute walk from the train station and 15 minutes from the Matterhorn gondolas. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel staff were very accommodating in every way. The outdoor hot tub was great. The bed was super comfortable and the room was cosy, better than the pictures."
