"A one-week skiing holiday in Zermatt in March 2026 at a family-run hotel. The owners and hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Transport from the hotel to the ski lifts ran smoothly. The hotel bar offers a wide selection and has its own smoking lounge. The spa underwent a high-quality refurbishment some time ago and is excellent: lovely Finnish and natural saunas, plus a steam room. The rooms are classically beautiful and cosily furnished. The food at the hotel restaurant or Apas Tapas (also in the hotel) is very good; you’re always given a warm welcome."
