The estate Elisabetta was born from the passion of its founder Luigi Brunetti for agriculture, wine and olive oil. In 1984 he bought the present estate, of about 25 hectares. Leonardo, the eldest son of Luigi and Elisabetta, knows everything about the estate, from the nature of the soil to all the produce. It is also Leonardo's enormous, well-fed knowledge of art, which is why he is a master of culinary art. Leonardo transforms the products grown on his land into delicacies that make guests from across Europe indulge in a culinary break at AgriHotel Elisabetta.
